- Verification documents: photographs, government-issued ID proof, and horoscope (Jathagam), which you voluntarily upload for profile verification.
- Usage information: profiles you view, shortlist, or express interest in; messages and interest requests sent and received; login activity.
- Payment records: membership plan chosen and payment status. We do not process online card/bank payments directly — payments are confirmed manually by our team.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and display your profile to other members according to your privacy settings.
- To provide match recommendations based on your stated preferences.
- To verify your identity and the authenticity of uploaded photos and documents.

3. How Your Information Is Shared
Your profile (excluding contact details) is visible to other registered members according to the visibility settings you choose. Your contact details, photos marked as protected, and uploaded ID proof/horoscope are only shared with members you have accepted an interest from, or as permitted by your membership plan and privacy settings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the platform, store uploaded photos and documents securely, and send transactional emails. These providers process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms and do not use your data for their own purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your profile, your data is marked inactive and is no longer visible to other members; residual copies may be retained in backups for a limited period for recovery and legal purposes.
5. Your Rights
You can access, edit, or delete most of your profile information directly from your dashboard at any time. You can also contact us to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or full deletion of your account.
